What You’ll Do

● Meet homeowners in person to deliver high-impact sales presentations

● Proactively market yourself within neighborhoods and local communities to build a lead

pipeline

● Conduct thorough roofing inspections and educate clients about their options

● Guide homeowners through insurance claims and installation processes

● Deliver customized proposals, handle objections, and close deals

● Work closely with project teams to ensure flawless service delivery

● Stay sharp with ongoing product, industry, and leadership training

What We’re Looking For

● 1+ year of proven in-home or high-ticket sales experience

● Confidence, charisma, and strong presentation skills

● Drive to build your own pipeline while working company-provided leads

● Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

● Self-starter mindset with coachability and grit

● Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required
