Get to Know the Greentek Team

John is a Florida native, born and raised right down the street from Greentek’s home office. He’s been in the roofing industry for the last 10 years and has had his Roofing Contractor’s license since 2018. When John is not out giving roofing bids to potential new customers or meeting with suppliers he can be found with his wife and 3 kids doing activities outside or cooling off from the Florida heat in their pool.

Samantha Kahn grew up as a dedicated athlete, playing basketball throughout school with plans to continue at a D2 university. However, unforeseen challenges changed those plans, but they didn’t slow her down. After graduating from the University of Tampa with a degree in Business Administration and Management in 2016, Samantha quickly found success. She joined Greentek Roofing & Solar in 2017, where she’s worked as Director of Operations, helping build the company while fostering a positive and welcoming work environment.

Jenna Franco grew up in Thonotosassa, FL with her brother, CEO John Franco. After spending nearly a decade dedicated to her management position she left the rigid corporate world to join Greentek Roofing & Solar. Starting as a Leads Specialist, Jenna was able to learn how to utilize her previous leadership experience to advance the customer service, knowledge base, and overall culture of Greentek Roofing & Solar.

Courtney joined the team in 2021 and has continued to bless the homeowners and associates alike with her shining abilities and strength. Courtney, originally from Lutz, is very familiar with our area and has never shied away from being an active member of our community. She frequently volunteers with annual toy drives, first responder fundraisers, and has been a driving force for Greentek's own community outreach. She is equal parts caring, helpful, and inspiring.

Kilo is a Frenchie that’s never missed a day at Greentek. As the only employee with perfect attendance, Kilo is free to do as he pleases. However, if you can’t hear him snoring from the time you enter the office, you can find him out back chasing lizards, looking for treats, or begging the office staff for butt scratches. His favorite time of the day is lunchtime—napping or not, the opening of the kitchen fridge will spring him into action, and you’ll have a new lunch buddy begging for scraps. Kilo’s little puppy brother, Kobe, has recently joined the team and is quickly learning the ropes. While Kobe is still figuring out his office routine, you can catch him following Kilo around, causing mischief, or cuddling up for some extra attention. Together, they make sure the Greentek office stays lively and full of energy!
